As a life-long Alaskan, I can tell you that Beneath the Aurora is the next best thing to watching the Aurora dance in the sky above you, with the bonus of being a lot warmer. It is hard to capture the vastness and majesty of the Alaskan wilderness in photographs or video, but this DVD does that with spectacular results. The footage of the aurora is the best I’ve ever seen. Plus, the DVD includes other time lapses of mountain ranges, water, and the sky that have changed how I see the outdoors. I ended up watching this multiple times with family and friends, and gave it away as a gift for Christmas. If you are looking for an aurora or an Alaskan video, make sure you put this one at the top of your list.
